I've heard that the Bandos boss at God Wars Dungeon drops it (which makes sense) but then I've also heard from Damian and someone who's gotten three bandos cape drops that the mole drops it. I've killed the Bandos boss over 100 times and same with the mole, still no cape. Was just wondering where exactly does it drop? If anyone is willing to sell a bandos cape to me, I'll have to look around my bank for some things to offer but it'll most likely be some armadyl armor and bandos items.

Yes, the giant mole located near the end of boss tunnel drops it.

its a very rare drop from bandos but giant mole is best
